Our services are intended for licensed dental professionals and authorized dental practices. Users are responsible for providing accurate prescriptions, scans, impressions, and case information. You must be 18 years or older to use our services and to participate in our SMS program.

Case Production

All restorations and appliances are fabricated based on the information submitted by the prescribing clinician. Dentallab.com is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete records, inaccurate scans, or incorrect case information.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing may change without notice. Payment is required according to the agreed account terms. Delayed payments may affect production and delivery schedules.

Shipping & Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on case complexity, materials, and shipping conditions. We work diligently to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.

Warranty & Remakes

Warranty coverage varies by product category. Crowns & Bridges and Implant restorations include a 10-year assurance, while ProXzir® and Neo Hybrid Solutions include lifetime material assurance. Eligible remake requests will be reviewed according to our current policy.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
