What is the typical turnaround time for cases?
Turnaround time ranges from 1 to 14 business days depending on the restoration type.
Do you accept digital scans?
Yes. We accept digital impressions from most major intraoral scanners. Digital submissions help streamline the workflow, improve accuracy, and reduce turnaround times.
What types of restorations do you offer?
We provide a wide range of restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, All-on-X solutions, dentures, and cosmetic restorations.
How do I submit a case to your lab?
Cases can be submitted two ways. Send digital scans from any major intraoral scanner through your scanner's platform or directly to digital@dentallab.com. For physical cases, place a pickup request and we'll send our driver or arrange a UPS pickup at your practice.
Do your restorations come with a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty on most restorations. Specific warranty terms may vary depending on the type of restoration and materials used.
