Our remake and warranty policy ensures consistency, fairness, and peace of mind for you and your patients.
No-Fault Remake Policy
At Dentallab.com, we are pleased to process all remakes and adjustments at no additional charge when the request is made within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by the return of the original appliance.
To maintain fairness and consistency, all remake requests must follow the guidelines below:
Case return required
The complete case must be returned. If the original is retained as a temporary, remake fees will apply.
Model or case modifications
Any changes made to models, dies, or opposing models release Dentallab.com from remake responsibility.
Approved designs
Once a design is approved, remakes related to that design are not covered.
Required items
Original impressions, models/dies, restorations, analogs, and abutments must be returned with the case.
Additional Guidelines
Implant cases
Plaster models with old analogs cannot be accepted. Please send analogs attached to impression copings or supply analogs/abutments for Dentallab.com’s use.
Shade adjustments
Free if achievable through staining only
Zirconia shades can only be adjusted up to half a shade darker (not lighter)
PFM shades can be fully rebuilt (porcelain rebuild fees may apply)
Patients are welcome to visit Dentallab.com for an in-lab shade check
Denture relines
Free within 6 months of delivery. If a new impression was advised but not provided, reline charges apply.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects or material breakage under regular use. It does not cover loss, improper placement, or adjustments that compromise restoration performance.

Accounts past due are not eligible for remake processing until balance is paid
