Full ProXzir
Full-strength zirconia rated at 1,400 MPa, milled as one solid piece. No porcelain, so nothing to chip or delaminate under load.
Ideal for: posteriors, heavy bruxers, and the molar that already broke something once.
ProXzir™
Send your CaseOur own zirconia
Rated at 1,400 MPa and milled in our own lab, in four tiers from full-strength posteriors to hand-layered anterior esthetics. One material family, one shade standard, one lab responsible for it all.

Above typical full-strength zirconia.
On every ProXzir restoration.
Milled and quality-controlled in our lab.
FDA-listed yttrium zirconia.
From a single veneer to a full hybrid arch.

The workhorse
Full-strength zirconia rated at 1,400 MPa, milled as one solid piece. No porcelain, so nothing to chip or delaminate under load.
Ideal for: posteriors, heavy bruxers, and the molar that already broke something once.

Esthetics, still monolithic
Milled from a pre-shaded multilayer block, so shade and translucency graduate naturally from gingival to incisal. Monolithic chip-resistance, far more lifelike.
Ideal for: esthetic anterior and premolar crowns without layered porcelain.

Esthetics where they show
ProXzir strength with porcelain on the facial surface only, and zirconia where the force is.
Ideal for: smile-zone crowns that still need to bite hard.

Esthetics above all
A zirconia core with hand-layered porcelain over the full visible surface: PFM esthetics without the metal.
Ideal for: anterior cases where esthetics lead.
You know the tooth. Here is the tier.
| The case in your chair | Prescribe | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Heavy bruxer, any posterior | Full ProXzir | 1,400 MPa monolithic, nothing to chip |
| The molar that already cracked a crown | Full ProXzir | Maximum strength, lifetime warranty |
| Esthetic anterior or premolar, kept monolithic | Multilayered Zirconia | Natural gradient without porcelain risk |
| Smile-zone crown with a heavy bite | ProXzir with Buccal Porcelain | Porcelain on the facial, zirconia on the occlusal |
| Anterior where esthetics lead | PFZ | Hand-layered porcelain, PFM looks without metal |
| Mixed restorations on one arch | Any tiers combined | Same material family, shades match across the arch |
| Full or hybrid arch | Full ProXzir | Prescribe by case, single veneer to full hybrid arch |

Send your CaseMost full-strength zirconia sits between 1,000 and 1,200 MPa; ProXzir is rated at 1,400. That margin is why we mill it monolithic for the heaviest cases, with no porcelain layer to chip, delaminate, or send the patient back to your chair.

It also means consistency. Because ProXzir is our own material, every restoration on an arch can come from one family, matched in shade and wearing alike over time. Where esthetics call for porcelain, the Buccal and PFZ tiers layer it over the same core.

Every ProXzir restoration carries our lifetime warranty, because we control it from block to finished restoration: milled, finished and quality-checked in our own lab, in IdentCeram-certified material.
