Verification & Records
Lab Provides
- CAD/CAM-milled 3D Verification Jig
- Backup custom tray designed to fit over the verification jig
- Bite block with two cylinders for VDO and bite registration
Doctor Performs
- Seat verification jig and confirm passive fit
- Capture bite record using the bite block
- If jig doesn't seat, retake impression with custom tray
Purpose
- Verify implant position, bar accuracy, and bite before prosthesis fabrication

Clip retention is calibrated per Rx during final processing. Clips are replaceable and can be swapped chairside for stronger or weaker retention without remaking the prosthesis.
Typically every 1-3 years depending on wear patterns and patient hygiene. Replacement is chairside and inexpensive the bar and prosthesis are unaffected.
Sometimes depends on the bar design and patient anatomy. Contact your account manager early; the bar may need modification to support a fixed prosthesis.
